White screen of death?

Recently PE started acting strangely. It will randomly crash, and when I close the app from the background and try and reopen it I get the « white screen of death » (see image attached).
Also sometimes is hen I try and open the app all I get is this screen, and the maps won’t open.
I am using a wifi only ipad mini 1, running the latest version of os7.

Tips or tricks to solve this anyone?

a reinstall would probably help.

depends if you have unsaved data on the app – POIs, routes, … – you would not like to loose. If so, better wait till Geomagik suggests you something.
