Some useful features

Hello,

First of all I must say i really love this app! 

I cycled for about 2500km in France last month, navigating with nothing else than PocketEarth without any problem.

Some things i missed:

1 – While following a GPS track, I couldn’t figure out if/how PE can tell me how many kilometers it is to a certain point down the track. 

2 – While offline I couldnt manually create a new route with in the app (i could only add a series of control points and bike along those, but i got easily of track doing so)

3 – The maps lack indication of how steep a road is. Road maps usually indicate this using >, >> or >>>. That would be handy in PE too.

4 – Related to (3): the PE maps don’t show ‘contour lines’ (indicating the altitude)  

5 – Would it be possible to generate a height profile for a certain track?
