Unable to calculate/download route

Hi just purchased Pocket Earth Pro for my iPhone. I have a problem with the route calculation for every pair of start and end location that I try. I tried Maprequest directly and there are no problems there. Please advice. See attachment also.

Server up and running at this time but I see we still have the issue with multiple attachments!
