Anoying issue re PE forum on iPad

I find that while viewing the forum on my iPad mini4 I get a very strange formatting problem whereby when I edit a post the screen starts to grow in width and depth and it becomes very hard to click on the “Post” button.
This occurs while using either Safari or Dolphin (which is my preferred viewer). This problem does not exist while using the forum on my win8.1 PC with Firefox.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

The forum embedded in our new website seems to be having lot of different quirks.. I am looking into them..
