Pocket earth on laptop ?

I really like using Apple maps on my laptop and sending the route to my iphone.

would be awesome if I could use pocket earth on my macbook air to set up a path and then send it to pocket earth on my iphone.

Is there anyway to do this? (with any map & pocket earth on iphone)
