I would appreciate if more icons would be available to users. The selection now seems rather strange to me. For example, what is the difference between the flag and the star icons? And what is the purpose of a house icon? It would be nice if we could have many icons to choose from and install only those which seem relevant to us. So, not everyone would have the same set of icons and not everyone would always have the same set. That would be ideal.
A vote from me to.
It would be great to basically have the same icons as the POI’s, but with a small touch to distinguish a pin from a POI. The way it is now – the pin colors are different from any POI color and the pin like arrow at the bottom – would distinguish it enough already I think.
