Starting a route process

To start a Route, Right now, PocketEarth had to ask me for 2 points. I press on a spot for a few seconds, and the app will pop (at top right) a message “Route started, please add a destination”. And I have to add another point for the destination.

Is this the best way to doing this?

ie, If I have GPS on, the app knows where I am; that should be the “starting location”. And if I want to start a route, I would only need to press the “destination” and the app will ask me if I want to “Route” (navigate) to that location.

You can tap the main Route button on the map and choose the “Current Location” option to start your route. You can tap the Route button again for other useful options for adding destinations to your route.
