    I can’t get the route process to work properly….to start a route I click on the route icon and select current position…..no problems…..but then when I click on the icon again to anter my destination and if I choose address option and enter the street , number and city ….the routing process begins and then makes a route for about 500m from my current location instead of to the entered destination…..the only way I can get the route function to work is by adding a PIN as the destination ……can you please help me

    Sorry to hear you are having problems with address search. Could you tell us what address you entered so we can investigate the issue further?

    Also, do you know what version of iOS are you using? (example: 4.3, 5.0, or 6.0)
