Watercourses names text size

Open street Map is horrible at naming watercourses: many of them are not named at all.

But for those that are, may we have text in a much larger size so that it can actually be read? Perhaps some aystem whereby when we zoom in on a watercourse name, the text increases in size as the Zoom level does? And does not disappear or get relocated to another section pf the watercourse?
